An infrared plaque forms the radiant ceramic surface inside a burner or heating assembly. It’s one part of the system.
We manufacture the ceramic component. Your team remains responsible for the complete appliance or system, including controls, certification, warranty, final application conditions, and customer responsibilities.
Published values are design guidance. Maximum operating temperature applies under non-loading conditions; final material and component fit depends on geometry and operating conditions. Burner controls, certification, and final appliance performance remain with the system designer or OEM. Standard Tile Material MSDS provides safety information for the supplied ceramic material. It is not product certification and does not apply to every Apogee material.
If the requirement fits, Apogee can support material and process review, tooling, samples, or prototypes, and repeat production. Samples and production use the same process and tooling.
Requirements are reviewed against available processes. Where required, tools are designed, fabricated, or adapted.
The approved drawing and acceptance criteria guide first-piece, fired-surface, and final inspections.
